Before you begin
- Confirm company legal identity, country, and branding assets.
- Decide who may invite users and manage module entitlements.
- Prepare the first admin accounts and which sign-in methods you will offer (passkey, extra verification, or company Google/SSO).
Setup steps
- Open Settings / company administration.
- Review company profile, branding, and login options including any identity provider buttons your administrator enabled.
- Invite administrators and assign job titles plus module access—not extra permissions through Simple/Advanced display.
- Enable only the modules planned for the first wave. After sign-in, each job should land on its own home workspace.
Day-to-day use
- Invite or deactivate users when staffing changes.
- Review module access when a team expands.
- Keep branding and contact details current.
