- Open Projects.
- Create a pilot project with milestones and assign tasks to a small team.
- Walk through status changes on sample work items.
- Review timeline view with the sponsor before adding more projects.
Day-to-day use
- Update task status and owners when work shifts.
- Review milestones due this week.
- Close completed work items so reports stay readable.
